I moved to Toronto in 2004 and started my real estate career shortly thereafter. Over the years, I have learned that doing more listening than talking helps get better results for my clients. For that reason, I specialize in honest, insightful, and proactive advice and strategy for my clients. The market here moves so fast, it’s my job to keep you up to speed.
So why downtown? I believe one of the best ways to help my clients is to specialize. Close to 90% of the deals I have made for my clients have been downtown, and the area is growing so rapidly that downtown feels a city all on its own.
Toronto isn’t only the place that I work – it’s also my home, and I could not have imagined a better city to live in. It has a lively food and arts scene, plenty of beautiful green space, and loads of multiculturalism that adds nuance, excitement, and life to the area. This is the place to be, and it’s an exciting time to be a Torontonian.
I have been working with investors, first-time buyers, families looking to up or downsize, and I understand that everyone’s needs are different.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising and cycling or trying out a new spot in the city for food or drinks. Whether it’s bagels and Turkish coffee at Simit & Chai, Thai food at Pai, or some of my favorite tacos at Wilbur Mexicana on King West.
