Introducing The Well Condos | 410 Front St W | Floor Plans, Units, Prices

The Well is a 1.4 Billion dollar mixed-use project by Tridel, RioCan, Diamond Corp and Allied Properties REIT currently under construction in Fashion District by Front and Spadina. This has resulted in what Toronto’s Design Review Panel has called ‘Enlightened Urbanism’.

The Well Condos will offer urban living on Front St and Wellington Street West with a touch of King West. Located in the heart of the action with a walk score of 98. With a new GO Station being proposed for the opposite intersection, getting anywhere you need to go will be a breeze.

The project will be home to about 1580 residential units combined for all buildings, as well as office towers, restaurants, and retail space, hosting roughly 10,000 people on a daily bases. The Well Condos will surely be the true definition of Work, Live and play in King West.

The Well Condos are replacing the old Globe and Mail site, and it will consist of 7 towers.

Inspired by Europe’s food hall scenes, The Well will offer Fresh Foods and produce directly from the farms like St Lawrence Market, as well as world-class restaurants and other homegrown local craft.

The project will be home to over half a million square feet of indoor and outdoor retail space offering some of the world’s best retail experience. This will be similar to the shops at Don Mills but with the convenience of not having to walk outside in the cold weather.

1.1 Million square feet of office space is available for rent and at the time of the launch of the project over 75% of this space has already been rented to big names like Shopify and Index Exchange.

 Enwave Network will move the cold and hot water distribution networks to the sit of The Well. The water from Lake Ontario will be used for sustainable energy not only at the project but also nearby buildings.
