Galleria on the Park is a new development by Freed Developments and Elad Canada located at Dupont St. and Dufferin St. The project will consist of multiple phases with 3000+ suites (there are 500 in the first phase) and the suites range from 451 to 1070 sqft in size.

The expansion plans for Wallace Emerson Park include doubling the size of the community centre to 95,000 sqft and expanding the park to nearly 8 acres.
