Galleria on the Park

Galleria on the Park is a new development by Freed Developments and Elad Canada located at Dupont St. and Dufferin St. The project will consist of multiple phases with 3000+ suites (there are 500 in the first phase) and the suites range from 451 to 1070 sqft in size.

At Galleria, a massive park space meets the urban lifestyle, with public spaces, innovative offices, and exceptional retail. The expansion plans for Wallace Emerson Park include doubling the size of the community centre to 95,000 sqft and expanding the park to nearly 8 acres. There are also plans for added bike lanes for the community, making it more friendly for the cyclists.

20,000 sqft of office space will be a welcome addition to meet the demands of the tech boom in Toronto. There is also 300,000 sqft of retail space from fitness and lifestyle retailers to healthy on-the-go dining options and more.
