Festival Condos

Festival Condos by Menkes and QuadReal is the latest project in Downtown Vaughan. It comes hot on the heels of the highly-successful Mobilio Condos.

This new addition to the master-planned community in Vaughan will consist of 4 towers with an open-air promenade through the centre, which will feature restaurants, shops, and offices. There will be approximately 1800 units in total. The project is set to transform the area into the entertainment capital of the city.

Festival Condos is only minutes (walking) from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, and it boasts a great transit score and quick access to Highway 400, Highway 407, and Highway 7.
