Introducing Untitled Toronto Condos – From The Low $400,000s
Untitled Toronto is a new condo project by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties, the developers behind the highly successful Line 5 Condos. The project is located at 110 Broadway Avenue, and it consists of 2 towers—a 33-storey south tower and a 21-storey north tower (both part of the same corporation). There are a total of 751 suites here, ranging from bachelors to 3-bedroom options. Every unit has a balcony, and the suited with dens have all been designed to fit a pull-out couch.
There are 34,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor amenities at Untitled Toronto Condos, including an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, a co-working space, a state-of-the-art gym, basketball court, rooftop dining area (with a BBQ and pizza oven), and much more!
This development is just steps from Yonge and Eglinton, as well as Eglinton Crosstown LRT at Mount Pleasant (which is due to open in late 2021).
Grammy-winning star and producer Pharrell Williams will be involved in designing the development, making this one of the most anticipated launches of 2020. Pharrell has previously worked with brands like Chanel and Adidas. His other collaboration projects include an upcoming Youth Centre in Virginia Beach with Oppenhein Architetcs + Design, work with Zaha Hadid Architects, and the creation of Something in the Water Festival. Untitled Toronto Condos will be Pharrell’s first multi-residential development.
Steps from the project, you’ll find an abundance of amenities. These include shops such as Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sobey’s, Metro, LCBO, Aroma, Starbucks, Yonge-Eglinton Centre, Goodlife, Orange Theory Fitness, Sunnybrook Health Sciences, and much more.
Foodies are also in luck, since Bar Buca, Grazie, The Keg, the Homeway, Fresh, Cibo, La Carnita, and Lime Uncle Betty’s are just a few of the restaurants in the area. There are also parks and recreational facilities nearby. Example include Blythwood Ravine Par, Sherwood Par, and North Toronto Memorial Community Centre, among others.
