The Forest Hill Condos

The Forest Hill Condos is a new project by award-winning developers CentreCourt. Fully zoned and currently under construction at Eglinton and Bathurst, the development will be directly connected to the subway via Forest Hill Station. It’s worth noting that buildings with direct subway access usually carry an 18% premium.
